Jonas W. Seeberg CPO/LPO, FAAOP is a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist through the American Board for Certification and is a Licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist through the PA State Board of Medicine.  He attained his collegiate degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics at California State University Dominguez Hills in Los Angeles, CA in 1996 with honors.  Through his internships and residency, Jonas received education and training through some of our Nation’s leading hospitals which include:  The Jacquelin Perry Neuro-Trauma Institute and Rehabilitation Center at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, CA, Orthopedic Institute for Children in Los Angeles, CA, Veterans Affairs Hospital in Long Beach, CA, Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, and the University of Maryland Rehabilitation & Orthopedic Institute (formerly Kernan Hospital) in Baltimore, MD.

As President and Clinical Director of Real Life Prosthetics™, Jonas has always had a driving passion for creating, one-of-a-kind, custom devices, for all levels of amputation and disability that began in 1992 when entering the field as an O&P technician for Reid Prosthetics in Miami, FL.  With his strong technical foundation and expanding clinical proficiency, Jonas incorporates many techniques into designing a vast array of systems for those facing limb loss and disability.  Some of his most notable patients and accomplishments are working with Paralympic Gold Medalist and World Record Holder, Jessica Long and designing Transfemoral/Transtibial prostheses for a combat-injured Marine who ran across the United States of America!  Whether designing custom liner interfaces using CAD technology, providing custom high-definition alloplastic restorations, or working with bionic upper & lower extremity prostheses, his passion for restoring ability to those facing limb loss remains unchanged.
 
In 2019, Jonas was accepted as a Fellow of the Academy (FAAOP) from the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists.  As an Academy Fellow, Jonas is part of an elite group of O&P practitioners.  Only a small percentage of ABC-Certified Practitioners have shown the dedication necessary to become a Fellow.

Jonas has been happily married for 30 years and enjoys spending time with his family, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, and being involved with local, regional, & international missions.

Steven P. Lattanzi, CP, COA, LP, is an ABC Certified Prosthetist. He graduated from Northwestern University Prosthetics Orthotics Center, with a certificate in Prosthetics and completed his residency with Real Life Prosthetics. He has been an integral part of the Real Life Prosthetics team for 16 years. 

 

Steven also worked for 8-years in the pedorthic shoe field. He has extensive knowledge of prosthetic components and is certified in application of microprocessor knee joints such as Genium, C-Leg, Power Knee, and Orion. He is also trained in elevated vacuum units like Harmony and Limb Logic, as well as myoelectric upper extremity prosthetics and the Helix hip joint. Steven is well versed in using computer assisted design (CAD) to create and mold custom prosthetic designs. 

 

He has many years of experience in lower extremity orthotics as well, working with custom arch supports, ankle-foot, knee-ankle-foot and knee orthoses. This experience has led to further development in hybrid orthotic-prosthetic designs for individuals with multiple complications. With new CAD technology available in the orthotics field, Steven has become well-versed in using this technology to create better fitting orthotic designs. He also a specialist in the orthotic treatment of Pectus Carinatum and related conditions.

 

Steven is involved with local VA amputee clinics, providing care for military veterans who have encountered limb loss.

Steven been married for almost 30 years to his lovely wife, Dawn, and they have one daughter. He enjoys movies, music, cooking, camping and going on adventures with their Golden Retriever, Daisy.

Olivia Slaughter, MSPO, CPO, became a valued member of our Real Life Prosthetics team in June 2021 after earning her Master's Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics at the University of Pittsburgh. She successfully completed her 18-month residency with RLP in December 2022 and achieved ABC certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics in June 2023 following a strenuous series of five board examinations.

Olivia's expertise is accessible across our Glasgow, Abingdon, and Wilmington offices, where she passionately collaborates with multidisciplinary teams on complex orthotic cases and assists individuals in reclaiming their goals and hobbies after amputation. Her hands-on experience in orthotics and prosthetics extends to patients of all ages, with a particular gift for working with children with disabilities, which is evident through her educational background, including a minor in Exceptional Education from James Madison University, as well as her prior work experience in the field.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys many hobbies with her husband and dog, embracing a fulfilling and active lifestyle beyond her professional achievements. If the office is celebrating something, even as small as making it to the end of the week, she loves to surprise the staff with homemade cookies.

Mitch Stuchlik is a certified and licensed Prosthetist and Orthotist born and raised in Delaware and currently living in Wilmington, DE. 

 

Mitch graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering and from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021 with a Master of Science degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics. He then completed a residency in the summer of 2023 and passed 5 board exams to become a CPO. 

 

As a research assistant in UD’s Dr. Sergi’s Human Robotics Lab, Mitch gained valuable experience in 3D printing. His commitment to innovation garnered recognition in 2021 when he and his classmate, Emma Newland, won 2nd place in Pittsburgh’s Innovation Institute Big Idea Competition with their prosthetic alignment device. 

 

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mitch enjoys summer adventures at the DE beaches, swimming, skating, biking and ultimate frisbee. 

 

Mitch brings not only his knowledge and expertise to his work but also a genuine passion for improving the lives of those he serves. His journey stands as a testament to his dedication to the field and his commitment to making a meaningful difference.
